Established 1994. We focus on individual dreams and desires and assist with volunteer opportunities (like serving at a soup kitchen), community inclusion, leisure, cultural and recreational activities, socialization and friendships, planning, music and motion, games and sensory stimulation. Our goals are self-determination and independence through person-centered planning, and the coordination of transportation and services (speech, psych, nursing, OT, etc.).
